What the files look like:

• Assignment closings with a signed ContractCart JV (you get a copy by email)
• A flat platform fee on the buyer's settlement statement, with an invoice included
• Simple one-tap buttons in the email: EMD received, fee added, closed. No logins.

We ask for a few details (license, underwriter, office) and give your main line a quick call before listing you. It keeps fake "title companies" out, which protects you and your clients.
